To ensure that your submission is processed smoothly, please make sure that all data entered into the form is accurate and up-to-date. This includes the URL of the website being submitted – no redirects to different domains or masked domains are allowed. Additionally, only sub domains with a PR ranking of 3 or above should be submitted. Finally, submitted web pages must have a relevant title; index.html, untitled document, home page and default are all unacceptable titles. Forged or fake email addresses will not be accepted.
