Luke's Kitchen
Luke's Kitchen is Coromandel's iconic seaside restaurant located at 20 Black Jack Road, Kuaotunu, within walking distance of the beach. The restaurant is open Thursday to Monday from 11am–9pm, with Sunday breakfast service from 9am–11am. The seasonal menu showcases wood-fired favourites and fresh local seafood, celebrating the laid-back spirit of coastal New Zealand.
The venue welcomes locals and visitors alike, offering genuine Kiwi hospitality and spectacular views. Luke's Kitchen also sells bottled mussel sauce, allowing guests to recreate their favourite dishes at home.
Beyond dining, the business offers private event facilities through the LK Bach venue, accommodating up to 30 seated guests or 50 standing. The on-site 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence sleeps up to 10 guests. Private catering packages are available, along with optional services including a 12-seater van for guest transport.
